Grammy-winning bassist Victor Wooten coming to Georgia in October

Five-time Grammy-winner Victor Wooten is set to perform two concert dates in Georgia this October with his explosive trio, Bass Extremes. 

Dubbed one of the top 10 bassists of all time by Rolling Stone, Wooten joins the pioneering six-string fretless bassist Steve Bailey, who has recorded with artists like Dizzy Gillespie and Jethro Tull. Together with drummer Derico Watson, the trio’s dynamic, dueling basslines offer a cerebral instrumental experience that truly celebrates the full timbre of the bass guitar.

Catch Bass Extremes in Augusta Oct. 4 at the Miller Theater and in Macon Oct. 11 at the Hargray Capitol Theatre.
