With 109 rooms and 54,000 square feet, a mansion in Fayetteville is the largest single-family home in Georgia. Built by Evander Holyfield in 1994, it includes 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a dining room that seats 100 and a home theater for 135.
It has a bowling alley, baseball field, horse farm, tennis court and indoor basketball court. The 350,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the United States.
After it fell into foreclosure, rapper Rick Ross bought it for $5.8 million in 2014. It has been used for filming in the remake of “Superfly” and “Coming to America 2.”
