The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors recently held an event to celebrate and honor the members of the Million Dollar Club. Steve Massell of Massell Commercial Real Estate received the Silver Phoenix award, which represents 25 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club.
With his breadth of experience, Massell has qualified in all five categories: Office, Industrial, Retail, Land and Investment sales.
Massell is also one of a small percentage of commercial real estate brokers who have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the highest accreditation in the industry.
He began his commercial real estate career in 1987.
