Clean old-fashioned tradition, with leftovers

by The 100 Companies

They call Saturday’s football game between Georgia and Georgia Tech “clean, old-fashioned hate,” a statewide rivalry dating back to 1893.

I’ve been to a few of these contests. In Athens, I avoided a fistfight that began in the stands and in Atlanta, a Bulldog fan was so excited by a touchdown, he poured Mad Dog 20/20 over my girlfriend’s hair, where it promptly froze.

This year, I’ll renew my decades-old tradition of settling down in front of the game on TV with a tray full of Thanksgiving leftovers. It’s not quite as exciting as being at the game, but much safer.
