If I had $2.9 million to invest, I’d scoop up the 9 acres fronting U.S. Highway 21 at the entrance to the Georgia International Trade Center in Rincon, Georgia.
Traffic counts already exceed 31,000 cars daily as Rincon is growing rapidly, and the PUD-C commercial zoning allows for an array of uses.
The Trade Center will ultimately have over 7 million square feet of warehouse space on approximately 1,500 acres. There’s a new 200-home subdivision down the street, and the Port of Savannah is located a mere 20 miles east.
Develop retail on this site and capitalize the investment.
