Peach, pride & the pitch: Atlanta unveils 2026 FIFA World Cup host city poster

by Sally Schroder

Atlanta has unveiled its official poster for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, capturing the city’s vibrant spirit as it prepares to host eight matches.

Designed by SCAD graduate and Atlanta United creative design manager Jose Hadathy, the poster creatively features a golden soccer ball cradled inside a ripe peach – an ode to Georgia’s beloved fruit and the city’s Southern hospitality. Additional elements include Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia State Capitol, MARTA train, and Midtown’s iconic rainbow crosswalk, symbolizing Atlanta’s diverse culture and pride.

The vibrant artwork is part of FIFA’s Host City poster series to be available for purchase at FIFA.com.
