The iconic CNN Center in downtown Atlanta is undergoing a major transformation into “The Center,” a vibrant mixed-use hub for dining, shopping and entertainment.
Led by CP Group and Rialto Capital Management, the 1.2 million-square-foot redevelopment will feature a food hall, retail spaces and more. Inspired by destinations like Ponce City Market, The Center is poised to revitalize the area with local and national tenants. The project has collaborated with SCAD and local art advocates to develop murals and art installations within the space.
While no completion date has been announced, it signifies a new chapter for this historic landmark.
