If you need an excuse to visit the scenic small city of St. Marys in South Georgia, how about a Seafood Festival? Held this year on Saturday, Nov. 16, the St. Marys Seafood Festival includes a parade at 10 a.m., Kids Fun Zone and arts and crafts vendors.
Enjoy free concerts in the afternoon with performances by Saltwater Gypseas, Camden Community Bank and King Cheese & The Other Mothers.
And of course, there will be food with seafood dishes being served by local restaurants, food trucks and the Kiwanis Club.
The festivities take place at the St. Marys Waterfront Park.
