Five counties in Georgia got an A+ in a recent survey conducted by Niche.com of the top 50 counties to live in America. The rankings were based on the cost of living, public schools, job opportunities and local amenities.
Niche.com, a ranking and review site, used data from sources that included the CDC and the U.S. Census.
The counties with rankings in parentheses:
• Forsyth County (7)
• Oconee County (9)
• Cobb County (12)
• Fayette County (16)
• Fulton County (46)
The top three counties to live in are Howard County in Maryland, Los Alamos County in New Mexico and Wake County in North Carolina.
