Innovation deserves to be more than an afterthought that gets squeezed into free time. That’s why we created a strategy and innovation department in our association. 

People often fear risk, making it hard to take a swing at something new. This department allows connections to be drawn across our organization, focusing on intentional collaboration. The team focuses on developing innovative products and services, knowledge sharing and strategically working with employees from different functional areas.

We are explicit about giving people permission to share their ideas, both encouraging and accepting good failures to foster a culture of innovation at our association.
