New cannabis facility opens in South Georgia

by The 100 Companies

Trulieve Cannibis Corp. broke ground at its flagship indoor production facility in Georgia last week at an indoor production plant in Adel. The leading medical cannabis provider will produce low-THC oil products such as edibles that patients can buy in dispensaries throughout the state.

Trulieve stores are opening soon in Marietta, Pooler and Macon. The company has further plans to expand to other cities in Georgia, and has additional dispensary locations in eight other states.

While laws vary greatly by state, it is legal in Georgia for people with a prescription to possess up to 20 ounces of low-THC oil.
