Medical marijuana is not legal in Georgia, but if you have a prescription from a doctor you can get on the Low THC Oil Registry that allows you to purchase the oil at dispensaries in Georgia.
Certain conditions qualify for eligibility. These include cancer, ALS, Crohn’s disease, AIDS, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s.
Once you qualify your information will be entered into the registry and you’ll receive a Low THC Oil Registry Card that costs $25 and is good for two years. Patients will have to re-qualify every two years.
