SCAD and Wish founder partner for scholarship

by The 100 Companies

Following the launch of SCAD’s sneaker design minor this past spring, the school has partnered with Wish founder Lauren Amos to create the Wish Atlanta Sneaker Design Scholarship. Starting this coming school year, the grant will be awarded to three gifted students minoring in the curriculum.

SCAD is the first college to launch a minor in sneaker design. And with a focus on sustainability and innovation, the program is designed to put its students at the forefront of the growing $80+ billion-dollar industry.

The advanced course load additionally ensures students will already have a professional-quality portfolio upon completing their degree.
