Did you know monarch butterflies migrate from the northern U.S. to central Mexico every year? Learn more about all species of butterflies at the Butterfly Experience at Dunwoody Nature Center being held this year on Sept. 9-11.
You and your family can spend 20 minutes inside one of the butterfly tents and also attend magic and music performances, educational programs and live animal shows. There will also be arts and crafts along with food and drinks for sale. Tickets for the festival are $12.
An adults-only event, Butterflies & Brews, will be held Friday night, Sept. 9. Tickets for that event are $50.
