Leaving laptop behind was stressful, then wonderful

by The 100 Companies

Recently, I jumped in my client’s car for meetings with the Roswell mayor and about a potential North Carolina hotel deal. In the rush, I left my laptop – my lifeline – in my car.
At first, I was stressed that it’d get stolen or I wouldn’t be able to push business along or I’d miss a Zoom meeting.
It forced me to realize what really matters: to stop and smell the roses, enjoy the mountain views and focus on the people I was actually with. Somewhere along those bucolic, winding mountain roads, I realized all would turn out fine. Even better.
